The Trulli of Alberobello

Take yourself on a wander around the City of Trulli, declared in 1996 as a World UNESCO Heritage Centre, to learn the secrets of these iconic structures.

In this tour, we take you to the historic centre of Alberobello, the suburbs of Monti and Aia Piccola, which consists of around 1,500 trulli. We can discover the history of this young city which bounced to the attention and honour of international tourism. Together, we will discover the unique characteristics of these constructions. A city born almost by mistake as a result of a crazy trick to avoid taxes imposed by the king!
